These membership Terms & Conditions are applicable to all members of the Stable of Stars Racing Club Pty Ltd (ABN – 58 621 668 184). These terms & conditions cover the benefits available to members, costs and fees associated with becoming and continuing to be a member as well as other associated member-related issues.

Types of Members

The Stable of Stars Racing Club has the following membership options:

  1. Maiden Members
  2. Group 1 Members
  3. RACING ROYALTY Group 1 Members

Membership Validity and Length

All memberships begin from the date that a registration form is submitted by the member and/or any relevant fees are paid.

Membership ceases when the member ceases to pay the relevant next month’s fees.  The exception to this is at the Maiden Membership level which is the ongoing free membership level.

Racing Royalty Group 1 Membership begins when the registration form on this website is completed and ceases at midnight on 31 July 2020.  After this time all Racing Royalty Group 1 members will be transferred to the Maiden Membership level unless the member has arranged to continue at the Group 1 Membership level and has paid the relevant monthly membership fee

RACING ROYALTY Group 1 Members

All RACING ROYALTY Group 1 members shall be eligible to take advantage of all benefits offered at the Group 1 membership level until midnight on 31 July 2020 – as and when these benefits are available.  Not all Group 1 benefits may be available before 31 July 2020.

Our RACING ROYALTY Group 1 members are the Foundation Members of the Stable of Stars Racing Club and as such may continue to receive special benefits and offers beyond the 31 July 2020.  This is at the complete discretion of the Stable of Stars Management Team.

RACING ROYALTY Group 1 members are under NO obligation to continue any form of paid membership upon the expiry of the RACING ROYALTY Group 1 Membership period on 31 July 2020.  During June 2020 all current members will be contacted and offered the opportunity of continuing their Group 1 Membership at significantly discounted rates OR reverting to the free Maiden Membership level.

Member Benefits

All membership benefits are outlined on the website under the ‘Benefits’ section.  Some benefits may not be available at all times, particularly in the early stages of the club’s life.  Stable of Stars Racing Club shall endeavour to introduce and maintain access to all benefits as quickly as possible after launch and shall continue to maintain access to benefits wherever possible.

Membership fees can be viewed on our website under the ‘Membership’ section.  No membership fees will be payable before 1 August 2020

Newsletter Subscriptions

We aim to keep you informed about the various activities and latest news from Stable of Stars Racing Club, principally via our range of email newsletters.  Each general newsletter will be sent weekly.

The principle types of newsletters that we will send you include:

  • Our Stable Newsletter – with news about membership of the Club, the stable of racehorses, our trainers, our educational and behind-the-scenes news and anything else relative to being a member.  Typically this newsletter shall be sent once a week
  • Our Race Day Tours & Trips Newsletter – with news about our upcoming Race Day Trips with associated special offers for members.  Typically this newsletter shall be sent fortnightly during the 1st and 3rd weeks of every month
  • Our Sporting Tours & Events Newsletter – with news about our upcoming sporting tours and events, along with associated special offers for members.  Typically this newsletter shall be sent fortnightly during the 2nd and 4th weeks of every month
  • Our Group 1 Member Special Offers Newsletter – with discounts and special offers from our partners and Corporate Group 1 Members.  Typically this newsletter shall be sent fortnightly or monthly


By becoming a member of the Stable of Stars Racing Club you agree to us sending you the above email newsletters.  Members may unsubscribe to any or all newsletters at any time.  There will be an unsubscribe option provided in any email newsletter that the member receives.

‘Win A Racehorse’ Competition

The Stable of Stars Racing Club shall introduce a range of young racehorses into the program at the earliest possible opportunity.  The expected introduction of these racehorses is expected to occur between 1 March 2020 and 1 August 2020.

Any member registering as a RACING ROYALTY Group 1 member shall be entered into the competition to be selected as the winner of a 5% ‘partnership parcel’ of any of the racehorses in the program as at 1 August 2021.  The winner shall be determined by a panel of judges who shall select the best answer to the question asked on the registration form (in their sole opinion).

The winner shall be entitled to a 5% ‘partnership parcel’ of the selected racehorse with the following benefits:

  • All training and associated fees relative to the 5% ‘partnership parcel’ shall be paid by Stable of Stars Racing Club for a maximum period of 4 years from 1 August 2021 or until the selected racehorse concludes its racing career for any reason.
  • The winner shall be entitled to all ownership privileges afforded an owner
  • The winner shall be entitled to the relevant share of prizemoney applicable to the 5% ‘partnership parcel’ offered.

The winner shall agree to participate and to make themselves available to participate in any ongoing media and/or promotional opportunities that are organised and arranged by the Stable of Stars Racing Club relevant to the winning of the prize and at any times identified by the Stable of Stars Racing Club during the racing career of the selected racehorse.

Changes to these Terms & Conditions

Stable of Stars Racing Club may at its discretion update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the date of the changes appropriately. We encourage members to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about any changes and updates. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically and become aware of modifications.

Your acceptance of these terms

By using this website and by becoming a member you acknowledge your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.  If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our website.  Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes to these Terms & Conditions will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

The Right to Refuse Membership

Stable of Stars Racing Club reserves the right to refuse membership to any individual or corporation or cancel any membership at its sole discretion and without the need to supply reasons why the membership has been refused or cancelled.

If we decide to refuse or cancel a membership for any reason, other than what may be considered conduct detrimental to the business of the Club, legal misconduct or a contravention of these terms and conditions, the member shall be entitled to a refund of any part of the membership paid for but as yet not used.
